Rick Spivey has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry and specializes in wealth accumulation, wealth protection, and wealth transfer strategies. Prior to joining TWC, Mr. Spivey was a Managing Director at United Bank.
Mr. Spivey has been involved with sophisticated life insurance transactions throughout his career, and is considered a specialist in that area, providing services to business owners, corporate executives, professional athletes, banks, and publicly-traded companies. In addition, he holds the designations of Chartered Financial Consultant® and Chartered Life Underwriter® from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
As Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Mr. Cole works with The Warner Companies key clients to develop strategic solutions and sensible execution processes for the most complex employee benefit challenges. He specializes in all aspects of employee benefits including design, funding, implementation, communication, compliance and administration management.
Before joining TWC, Mr. Cole worked for Crawford Advisors as new business producer and Strategic Account Executive for many of the company’s most prestigious clients. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Aon Consulting as a consultant, project leader for its key accounts, and practice leader for the Health and Benefits division in the Baltimore and Bethesda offices.
Mr. Cole has more than 30 years of benefits experience specializing in the areas of strategic benefit planning, financial analysis, vendor analysis and selection, renewal negotiations, communications and plan administration. He has worked with clients in a variety of settings in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Mr. Cole has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Towson University. He is a licensed insurance consultant in the State of Maryland. He also maintains life and health insurance licenses in several states.
Mr. Gramigna specializes in comprehensive financial consulting services to high net worth individuals and successful corporations. Prior to joining TWC, he provided financial planning for clients for one of the top 28 largest insurance companies.
Mr. Gramigna holds a Bachelor of Business Administrative degree from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1991 and 1992 he was named NCAA Academic All-American by the Golf Coaches Association of America. He is a registered representative with a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member firm holding the Series 6, 63, and 65 securities registrations and insurance licenses for life, health, disability and long term care.
In addition to Mr. Gramigna’s business and professional activities, he is an avid golfer. Mr. Gramigna is a former New Jersey Amateur and Mid-Amateur Champion, has been named "New Jersey Golfer of the Year" and competed in several USGA events. He was President of Tavistock Country Club from 2014-2016 and was on the Board of Governors from 2003 to 2021.
Mr. Lester brings over 18 years of experience in the area of Executive Benefits to The Warner Companies. Throughout his career, Mr. Lester has been responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with his clients.
Prior to joining TWC, Mr. Lester was a founding partner of a commercial real estate firm and was the top Atlanta Commercial Realtor in 1991. He developed over two million square feet of mixed-use space and planned the development of four parks totaling over 1,200 acres. Mr. Lester's clients benefit from this project management experience. He started his career in executive benefits as the Chief Administrative Officer for a start-up firm in Atlanta and spent over 14 years with another national executive benefit consulting firm.
Mr. Lester's clients include companies in the Fortune 500 marketplace. He serves clients with plans ranging from ten eligible participants to over 500 eligible participants. He has completed projects for clients in diverse industry sectors, such as: High Tech/Information Services, Manufacturing, Home Building, Consumer Products, Public Utility, Defense, Hospitality and Banking. Several of his clients have discrimination testing issues in their 401(k) Plans, and he has worked to provide benefit restoration to the key employees using cost effective solutions.
Mr. Lester earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Grove City College (PA) and his MBA from Emory University (GA). He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities registrations, as well as life and health insurance licenses.
In addition to Mr. Lester's professional achievements, he is a trained percussionist and has played drums for a number of bands. He founded two non-profit organizations that strive to support high school athletes in his local community and encourage younger children to be more active. From 2011 through 2021, Mr. Lester taught micro-economics for a local college.
Since 1973, Mr. Snyder has served a broad-based clientele, including high net worth individuals and families, and both privately-held and publicly-traded companies. Mr. Snyder’s experience ranges across a broad spectrum, from employee and executive benefit planning to wealth accumulation and wealth transfer strategies.
Mr. Snyder received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, with additional post-graduate studies at The Johns Hopkins University. He received his Chartered Life Underwriter® designation from the American College, located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and is a registered representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Apart from his business activities, Mr. Snyder has been actively involved in many civic, educational and charitable endeavors.
