After nearly 50 years in the industry, our founder and CEO, Lee Warner, announced his retirement at the end of 2025. From TWC’s inception in 1992, Mr. Warner created a firm that specializes in comprehensive financial consulting for affluent individuals, public and privately held companies, with a specific focus on creative estate tax planning, executive benefit and compensation design.
