Most traditional estate plans only address the portion of one's assets that can be left to their heirs, and fall short in addressing the "social capital" that can either be left to the government in the form of taxes or to non-profit organizations in the form of Planned Giving. We design programs for individuals and institutions that will maximize the benefits derived by the donor and the non-profit organization while minimizing the taxes that would otherwise be lost to the government.
We have established an inter-disciplinary firm that draws experience from numerous professions with the intent of providing a fully integrated approach to Planned Giving. We conduct educational seminars for donors, professional advisors and charitable organizations. We will work with individual donors to structure planned gifts, and work to provide them with the technical support and creative planning ideas necessary to help them attain their philanthropic goals.
